WhateverWhenever is a Virtual Assistant business, owned and managed by Jacqueline Long.  Jacqueline set up the company to offer a high quality service to discerning individuals, executives and business owners whose expectations and standards are as high as her own.

Jacqueline worked alongside board level executives at various companies based in the City for over seventeen years.  These companies included Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, The London Stock Exchange and Hiscox Plc, where she spent almost ten years and was Assistant to a senior and influential executive in the Lloyd’s insurance market.  During this time, Jacqueline also spent time supervising other administrative assistants and ran an equestrian sponsorship programme.

Jacqueline has developed an understanding of the organisational requirements of working in different time zones and gained valuable knowledge of various business sectors including insurance, advertising, finance, marketing, event management, sponsorship and personnel.  She has extensive knowledge of the travel industry, corporate sponsorships and hospitality and has arranged events throughout the UK and overseas, including the USA.

Having owned and ridden horses for over twenty five years, Jacqueline has also arranged sponsorship and corporate hospitality at various high profile equestrian events.  This has given her a unique understanding of the equestrian world, its standards and changing demands which may be beneficial to some clients.

Jacqueline was Runner-Up in the ‘under 18 months in business’ category at the National VA of the Year Awards 2009.

Associate VA's

Jill McLachlan has been providing secretarial and PA support for fifteen years and at a Senior Director / CEO level for the past eight of those years.

Jill’s experience has given her a valuable insight into the Construction, Manufacturing, Moving and Corporate Relocation industries. She has developed a good understanding of the organisational requirements of Senior Vice Presidents and CEO's of large companies as well as working with smaller family businesses.

 

 

Susan Moore is the winner of the 2008 National VA of the Year Award. She specialises in providing PR and marketing support to business owners and freelancers and enjoys researching new business opportunities.

Until she became a VA in 2006, she worked at board level for leading financial institutions in London and Sydney including Crédit Suisse and UBS Asset Management providing support to the UK’s leading financial investors. In these roles, she liaised with clients and the Press, undertook research projects and managed a support team. She then moved to an airline and was responsible for PR and marketing support and organising international events.

Susan has an Honours degree in Social and Political Science.
